About Founder Ashlee Marozick
After serving in the Navy and traveling the world, Ashlee Marozick was searching for her direction and purpose. Upon further reflection, she realized she had always been that person friends came to when they needed to talk, and that counseling was her true calling. In 2023, Ashlee founded AIM Counseling Services in Washington state.
Ashlee is known for her disarming presence, encouraging clients to open up and be vulnerable. Her approach at AIM Counseling Services is centered on creating a supportive and understanding environment where clients feel heard and empowered to heal from past trauma. She then empowers clients by partnering with them on their healing journey in a way that makes sense for them.
Outside of her practice, Ashlee enjoys spending quality time outdoors with family and friends, watching movies, and playing games. She lives in Bremerton with her husband.

Karen Jiles
CLINICAL INTERN
Karen is a counseling intern who believes healing happens in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. After 25 years working in clinic operations and leadership, she felt called to step into counseling because she has witnessed how much people carry and how powerful it can be when someone finally has room to breathe and talk about what’s really going on. As an African American woman, she understands how identity, culture, and lived experience shape our mental health. Her approach is warm, down‑to‑earth, and grounded in respect.
She works from a trauma‑informed, culturally responsive lens, and she meets clients exactly where they are. She has a special interest in supporting women, trauma survivors, individuals navigating substance use or recovery, and children and teens who need help managing emotions, school stress, or family challenges. She also enjoys working with adults facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions. If you’re looking for someone who listens deeply, honors your story, and walks alongside you as you heal and grow, she’d be honored to work with you.

Becky Snow
PRACTICUM STUDENT
Becky believes that our life experience with systemic forces can affect our well-being and that we heal in relationship with others. Through years of experience as a college English professor, she saw how mental health impacted her students and was led to Relational-Cultural Theory as a foundational framework for counseling. Since then, she has worked in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and community mental health as a service provider, cultivating a calming, safe presence for both teens and adults with autism and trauma. She has so enjoyed the rapport she has been able to develop with students, residents, and clients alike, and she has been honored to be a part of their journey toward thriving. Becky works with all people aged 13+, especially members of the LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and/or disabled communities.

insurance
AIM Counseling is not in network with insurance, but it's important to us to keep services affordable and accessible. Reach out for care, and we will work with you to try and figure out an arrangement that works. Most clients are able to utilize their out-of-network insurance benefits and get a substantial portion of their fees reimbursed. AIM Counseling can provide a superbill for those individuals. For those without OON benefits, we also offer a sliding scale for those who qualify.
Telehealth appointments
We are currently accepting new clients, including children, teens, adults, couples and families, exclusively online. Appointments are available most weekdays.
cancellation policy
We ask that clients provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to their appointment.
Good Faith Estimate
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act aims to provide patients with accurate information regarding their expected health care spending. The No Surprises Act protects clients from receiving surprise medical bills when they receive most emergency services, non-emergency services from out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, and services from out-of-network air ambulance service providers.
